RETURN POLICY
Time2Motivate's return policy is friendly and simple. If by chance you are unsatisfied with an item, please follow these guidelines within 15 days for the quickest possible service:

  • Fill out the CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE FORM for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • We will credit your account (less a $5.00 restocking fee) for all prints returned in resalable condition within 15 days of receipt of your order.
  • Please note that we cannot offer credit for items which are returned in damaged condition including any customization of artwork, any folds, creases, tack holes, spills, wrinkles, tears, etc. which would contribute to its inability to be resold.
  • Using the original packaging, indicate the reason for your return on the Request Return Slip. Include the Packing Slip, and wrap the print(s) securely. We highly recommend using an Insured Parcel Post carrier for your shipment. Shipping costs can be refunded only if the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Packages
In the event you receive a package that is highly damaged (enough to damage the print), please do the following:

  • Fill out the CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE FORM to notify us of your intention to return the damaged package and for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will not charge you for that order.
  • Upon your e-mail notification, we will either e-mail or FAX you a merchandise return label.
  • Please place the Merchandise Return Label over the original address label on the package and send through the U.S. Postal Service. Postage will be guarenteed by Time2Motivate.

YOUR PRIVACY
Time2Motivate has a very strict privacy policy with regard to customer data. We will not use, sell, or trade any information you give to us with any outside source, either online or offline.

The only use of data such as your name, email,                                                                                                      or shipping addresses, etc., would be to update you on similar products or promotions from our own company. If you'd prefer not to receive such information from Time2Motivate via email, please e-mail us at customerservice@Time2Motivate.com  with your request..
